1.             Welcome.

 

Welcome to the WealthKit™️ application (including any other related or successor applications, whether mobile, desktop, or otherwise) (collectively, the “App”) and website (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes the information that WealthKit™️ (“WealthKit™️,” “we,” or “us”) collects about you in connection with your access and use of the App and the Site (collectively, the “Services”), how that information is used, and with whom we may or may not share it.

 

By using the Services, you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. By accessing and using our Services (including providing information through the Services), you expressly consent to our and our service providers collecting, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not provide us with your personal information or otherwise use or interact with the Services.

 

Also, please note that any capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

 

2.            Changes to this Privacy Policy.

 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and at any time, with or without prior notice to you. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy.

a.    App. When you use the App, you provide your name, birthdate, email address, credit score, and certain financial goal-related information (the date of financial freedom and age at which you’d like to retire, how long you plan to live), and certain information regarding your financial status (e.g., the assets you own, what income you expect to receive, etc., your insurance policies, etc.). You may also elect to input a password in order to create a WealthKit™️ account.



b.   Website[2] . When you visit our the Site, we use certain tools to provide the Site, some of which collect information from you:



i.    Cookies[3] . Cookies are small files that a website puts on your computer, which collect information that help us refine the website based on user preferences, make certain features of the website available to you and to help us track your use of the website. By changing the preferences or options of your web browser, you can instruct it to accept all cookies, block certain cookies, require your permission before placing a cookie on your computer, or block all cookies from being placed on your computer. We use cookies on the Site. However, please note that if you block cookies from the Site, you may not be able to use all of the functionality that we make available on this Site.

 

ii.  How We Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals. Certain web browsers have “Do Not Track” or similar settings, which allow you to tell the websites you visit that you do not want your activities on such websites tracked. Currently, the Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” or similar settings, so your activities on the Site may be tracked regardless of your browser settings.

 

c.    Children. We do not collect any information from individuals younger than thirteen (13) years of age, and the Services (including all content thereof) are all directed at individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older. We request that individuals under thirteen (13) years of age refrain from using or providing any information to us through the Services.

i.         To provide the Services to you;

ii.       To provide you with information regarding the Services (for example, to email you to let you know of new Service offerings);

viii.  If WealthKit™️ (including any of its affiliates) undergoes a change of control, such as a sale, reorganization or merger, we may release your information to the other applicable company.

 

5.             Third Parties With Whom We Share Information.

 

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties, but we may share your Personal Information with third parties that provide services to us with respect to the Services (e.g., banks, payment processors, verification services, and companies that store data on our behalf). For example, we may provide your contact information to third-party vendors that help us send email to you (in which case, if you click a link within the email, we may redirect you to a third-party vendor’s servers to register the link, which may indicate to a third-party vendor and/or to us that you have clicked the link to visit the linked website).

 

6.            Third-Party Products.

 

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services through the Services. The websites, apps and other services corresponding to these third-party products and services have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of any such website, app or other service other than the Services. When you leave the Services, whether directly from the Services (e.g., via a link) or otherwise, please remember that we do not control such other sources. Please review fully and carefully the privacy policies of such other apps, websites and services. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

 

7.             Third-Party Sites.

 

This Privacy Policy only covers the Services, but not any third-party sites (e.g., social media sites). When you leave the Site, whether via a link located on the Site or otherwise, please remember that we do not exercise control over any such third-party sites – therefore, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of any website other than this Site. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies on such other websites.

 

8.            Your Privacy Choices.

 

a.    Email. You may elect to unsubscribe from receiving WealthKit™️ emails. If you would like to unsubscribe, please email us at support@wealthkit.com and indicating in your email that you wish to unsubscribe from all promotional emails.

 

b.   Account. You may elect to delete your account either through the App or by emailing us at support@wealthkit.com and indicating in your email that you wish to delete your account.

The app doesn’t let me use it unless I enter these data points. 

 

Is there any other information collected by the app, website, or any other services that I may have missed here?

 

 

 

The website appears to use Google Double-Click and TypeKit by Adobe. Do any of these collect personal data? Are there any others?
